Keynote Speech: Thinking Critically – Thinking Contrapuntally: The Practice of Critique in a Global(izing) Context
Mark Neufeld is Professor at Trent University, Peterborough, Canada.
Mark Neufeld is the head of Global Politics Section, Department of Politics at Trent University and Deputy Director of the Centre for the Critical Study of Global Power and Politics. His research interests include Critical Theory, International Political Economy, and Canadian Foreign Policy. He is the author of The Restructuring of International Relations Theory (Cambridge University Press) and of World Politics of Globalization (John Wiley & Sons). He published extensively on critical theory in international relations. He has taught at Carlton University and at York University. He is the father of two grown children and lives in Toronto with his dog, Clara.
