Principles of European Innovation Clusters Policy and Enhance Cooperation with Ukraine

  Abstract:

  This paper examines the foundations of European cluster policy. It addresses the main organizations in Europe, dealing with cluster policy. The analysis follows the model generated by the creation and development of innovation clusters in Germany, France and Poland. This overview will illuminate the peculiar features of European cluster policy. The analysis expands to address and assess the features and scope of cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union as part of the cluster policy and to evaluate the main forms of participation of the European Union in the framework of Ukrainian cluster policy.
