  Orsolya Csaszar is a PhD Candidate in Philosophy at the University of Guelph in Canada. Her thesis takes a critical feminist lens to explanations of human rape behaviours, more specifically with regards to evolutionary explanations. In her research she appeals to Foucault’s archaeological method in order to analyze evolutionary textbooks. Her aim is to demonstrate how these explanations contribute to, and propagate, rape culture.
